1 Refund Eligibility Overview

At Lightwavecharge, we stand behind our financial forecasting and budgeting services. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to client satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. You may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of your initial service purchase if our forecasting tools don't meet the specifications outlined in your service agreement.

Refunds are processed for clients who experience technical issues that prevent access to our platform, or when our forecasting models fail to deliver the analytical depth promised in your service package. We believe in transparent business relationships and want you to feel confident in your investment with us.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date. After this period, we can discuss service credits or adjustments but cannot process full refunds.

		2 Refund Scenarios & Conditions

		Technical Issues

Platform downtime exceeding 72 hours, inability to access forecasting tools, or major functionality failures that impact your business planning capabilities.

		Service Mismatch

When the delivered forecasting features don't match what was outlined in your service agreement, or if key analytical tools are missing from your package.

		Data Integration Failures

If our systems cannot integrate with your existing financial data sources as promised, preventing effective budget forecasting and analysis.

Please note that refunds are not available for services that have been fully utilized over the 30-day period, custom forecasting models that have been delivered according to specifications, or training sessions that have already been completed. We're always willing to discuss service adjustments or credits in these situations.

3 Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, though some banks may take longer to post the transaction. Wire transfer refunds may take 7-15 business days depending on your bank's processing policies.

For payments made via bank transfer, we'll need your current banking information to process the refund. International transfers may incur processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We'll always inform you of any fees before processing international refunds.

Processing times may be extended during Taiwanese national holidays or if additional verification is required for your refund request.

4 Partial Refunds & Service Credits

Sometimes a partial refund makes more sense than a full refund. If you've used some features of our forecasting platform but encountered issues with specific tools, we may offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your service period.

Service credits are another option we frequently use to resolve concerns. These credits can be applied to future services, upgrades to more advanced forecasting packages, or additional consulting sessions with our financial analysis team. Credits don't expire and can be used flexibly based on your business needs.

We find that many clients prefer service adjustments over refunds - perhaps switching to a different forecasting model that better fits their business structure, or adding specific analytical tools that weren't in their original package.
